Nothing here is written by an agency, and nothing is bought in. Every article carries the name of the person who wrote it, what they do for us, how long they have been on the island and which subject is theirs to write about, so you can weigh the advice against the experience behind it. I manage the fleet rather than the marketing: which cars we buy, when they come off the road for service, and the condition-photograph standard our Thai team works to at both ends of every rental. What I know about renting here comes from driving each model myself, on the same island roads and in the same weather our customers get.

Every question that arrives about them lands with me first: where you actually charge on this island, what a full battery costs against a tank of petrol, and whether the range on the spec sheet survives a week of hill roads and air conditioning. I drive our electric cars myself, on my own trips, so what I write about them is mine to say.
