Any minor damage is deducted from the deposit and the balance returned. We photograph every panel, the interior, the fuel or charge level and the odometer at handover, and you get those timestamped photos with your digital contract - so there is a record to compare against rather than an argument.

The vehicle-to-load socket is a genuinely useful oddity here: it will run a cool box or charge devices at a beach with no power.
