- Minimum rental period is 3 days.
- A refundable security deposit of ฿5,000 covers the insurance excess. It is returned in full if it is not used.
- Delivery and collection anywhere on Koh Samui - your hotel, villa or the airport - are included in the rate.
Any minor damage is deducted from the deposit and the balance returned. We photograph every panel, the interior, the fuel or charge level and the odometer at handover, and you get those timestamped photos with your digital contract - so there is a record to compare against rather than an argument.

The upright shape and flat floor make the AION Y feel a size larger inside than its rate suggests, which suits family beach days - wet towels, cool boxes, snorkelling kit and a pushchair all fit without a negotiation. Its boxy profile costs it some efficiency at ring-road speeds compared with a sleeker EV, but on an island where you rarely exceed 80 km/h that penalty barely registers. Ground clearance is crossover-level, so most sealed hill access is fine.
